It wasn't too long ago that, I found myself losing my cool, being triggered by my child's BIG emotions and feeling frustrated at my inability to respond with calm - feeling like a failure as a mother.

Everything changed when I learnt that many of my triggers didn't come from the moment. My triggers were coming from the past, my childhood and from intergenerational patterns. 

So... I did everything I could to heal my sh*t - so that I didn't pass on my trauma to my children. 

Fast forward to now.. I can go months without feeling triggered.  Responding with more intention, connection and calm. Feeling in such control over my own emotions, and feeling so proud of the mother I am.

Day 4. PRACTICE - Restoring The Order of Love (Pre-recorded via email)
Balancing your emotions, means restoring the order of love within your system! In day 4, you'll receive:

  • How an unbalance 'order of love' is impacting on your parenting and your emotions

Day 5. LIVE - Break Free from Generational Patterns (Live at 8pm AEDT)
We can't talk about healing without talking about previous generations. In day 5, You'll learn:

  • Why you need to look at generational patterns in order to break the cycle of reactivity
  • The "generational healing" actually means, and how to begin the process
  • How acknowledging past generations can be the ONE thing that transforms your mothering
