Hello, I’m Kattlen Quiza — 12 years experience as a Clinical Occupational Therapist, Family Constellations practitioner, and Cycle-Breaker Mother.
I guide mothers through the work that actually shifts things — not strategies, not mindset, but healing at the root.
My healing didn’t begin because I was ready. It began because I had no choice.
When I fell pregnant — unexpectedly — something in me woke up. I looked at everything living inside me: the patterns, the wounds, the ways I’d learned to survive. And I knew, with absolute clarity, that I didn’t want to pass them on.
So I went in. Deep. Not through more strategies or more understanding — but through the body, the family system, and the generations that came before me.
I’ve sat with the rage I didn’t know I was carrying. I’ve met the younger version of myself who learned to protect rather than connect. I’ve watched patterns that belonged to my ancestors — not just me — begin to release from my nervous system.
And I’ve felt what happens on the other side.
Not just a calmer mother. A freer woman. And that — inevitably — changed everything.
My son feels the difference. My partner feels the difference. And now I guide other mothers through the same work.
Fast forward to now. I've supported hundred of mothers combining my clinical skills as an occupational therapist, with Systemic Family Constellations practitioner — and my own personal lived experience into every session.
I know this work from the inside out. Not just because I’ve trained in it — but because I’ve needed it. And done it. And watched it change everything I thought was fixed about myself.
This is the framework I developed — and the one I wish had existed for me.
Most approaches address the individual — your mindset, your habits, your reactions.
Through my RISE methodology — a framework developed from 12 years of clinical practice and my own intergenerational healing — we work across four interconnected layers:
R — Regulation
Your nervous system is the foundation of everything. Before you can respond differently to your children, you need to feel safe in your own body. We begin here.
I — Inner Child
The mother who shows up in the hard moments is often a much younger version of you — a child who didn’t get what she needed, responding from a wound that hasn’t been tended. We tend it.
S — Systemic Work
Through Family Constellations, we enter the family field — and gently release the inherited loyalties, emotional roles, and patterns passed through your lineage. This is the layer most approaches never reach.
E — Emotional Capacity
We build your capacity to hold big emotions — yours and your children’s — without being swallowed by them. This is what makes the conscious parenting knowledge you already have finally land.
This is not about becoming a better mother.
It’s about becoming a freer woman.
And that — inevitably — changes everything.
After nearly 15 years of clinical experience, and my own personal healing through motherhood, Here is ONE thing I know to be true.
I don’t believe mothers need fixing.
I believe they need to be shown what they’re carrying — and supported to put down what was never theirs to begin with.
The patterns that show up in your motherhood don’t just come from your story. They come from systems, histories, and invisible loyalties passed down through your family for generations. You can’t heal what you can’t see. And most of what’s driving your patterns — you haven’t been shown yet.
