With over 10 years as a paediatric occupational therapist, I’ve supported thousands children and families in navigating emotional regulation, sensory needs, and behaviour challenges.
Beyond my clinical knowledge, my own journey of healing—involved emotion regulation, nervous system reset, inner child work, and breaking patterns.Â
I have a deep, personal understanding of what it takes to create lasting change.
